About our shared server hosting

When you transfer your hosting to us

We’ll work with you to transfer your website and domain from another web hosting company to ThreePoint:

• Before we transfer your website and domain, we’ll check for compatibility between servers as a priority.
• We then complete the transfer of your website for free. Most transfers take about half an hour. We’ll negotiate a reasonable price with you for more complex transfers.
• Timing is important as well; we will always transfer a website at an appropriate time.
• Our aim is to transfer a site with zero downtime. On some occasions it may not be possible to achieve this due to particular circumstances, but it will always be our aim.
• We’ll ask you for the necessary login details required to perform the transfer. Any details shared are always kept confidential and are destroyed at the completion of the transfer.
